Description:
In nature species of the genus Carebara mainly feed on termites. Mainly the colonies become very big. Also quite big is the difference between the size of the queen in relation to the workers' size. The nest of this species is very large and vertical down, on the ground there's a large structure like a ball. According to our supplier they can't be kept in just the test tube, it has to be filled by moist soil.
